Club Factory (E-Commerce Site) — i had not received till now.. but showing it had delivered status

I booked samsung ear phones worth 157 rupees in club factory mobile app.
Order number is 'so93448578'.
It showed expected delivery date is 22nd march 2019. So i waited till that date. But i had not received any phone call or at least one message from them. But, when i checked my application it is showing order delivered. I had not received any product from them. They are very fraud people. After discussing it with my friends, they also had deceived by club factory. Please do some judge to me or please ban club factory online web site.
