[Resolved]  Club Factory — order number so13382047

I have placed an order with Club Factory Order Number SO13382047. I have not received the product till date. When I track the order it says estimated delivery date as Feb 22 2018. There is no customer support service to reach out to in the app. I have ordered & paid for it on 4th Feb 2018, through Paytm amount of Rs.1602.73. Its a gift I had ordered for my niece for her birthday. A mermaid type blanket. Can you please help me out here.

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, sorry that your order SO13382047 has been cancelled due to being out of stock, so we have refunded the full amount to your AXIS card with last 4 numbers 6798 on 13th Feb.
