Club Factory — product deliver delayed

My order so57904448 has no status update regarding delivery, this is the second time i m preferring club factory for shipping and they gave awful performance this time too. They won't pay back the money to the bank account also create issue in that too, very dreadful i want my product status update now why they advertise when they can't provide any services
