I got wrong sun glasses which had black outline whereas the one i ordered was with a golden outline.. I'm so highly disappointed.. I have ordered from club many sunglasses from clubfactory and i'm a regular customer and i have never had such issues of wrong products.. Moreover i have been trying to reach through your customer care number since 3 days which said invalid until i found this complaint website today.. My order number is (So[protected] please replace it real quick. Kindly fix this issue very soon and please update your helpline number.. That is an invalid number.

I ordered 1 pair of white shoe from the club factory app it shows the estimate delivery date is 7oct-17oct but still I have not recieve my order .This is so unprofessional. I need my parcel within 2 days.

Hello sir, just now i was talking with your staff mr arun kumar, from kolkata, west bengal his behaviour was very bad with customer, he was talking rudely with me, please take necessary steps, otherwise i will complaint to police about your club factory website.

    So i received the following message:

    They then called me and are asking me to send a picture of my aadhaar card and are also asking me to pay money. When i asked them to send me an email from their official id, they hung up.

      I have ordered some stuff from club factory on 12th october 2019 and the estimated date was 20th october 2019. The tracking system on the club factory app shows that it is shipped.
      But when i tried to track my delivery on the xpressbees site, it shows that there is no such delivery available. I tried calling customer care and trying my tracking number there, it should invalid input. Is my delivery cancelled or something? If so why haven't i got the information?

      I haven't receive my order its already being 18 days that I placed my order.is this the way u assure ur orders.till how many days should I wait for my order.how can u be so irresponsible. I am trying to contact u but ur not responding.

        I ordered my stuff on 26september 2019 and today is23 october 2019 and i still didn't get my ordered items . I tried to call them but It is not working . I want you to please dilever my order as soon as possible . I order one watch also but it also is not dilvered to me . Its our festival season going on so i want you to resolve my problem ASAP . Now it been soo long, i didn't expect this type of delay from club factory . I am so unsatisfied from club factory service.

          Yesterday at 5.40 pm i have booking order for fashlook brown 501 wallet total payable for 200rs. But my order was cancelled and payment debited my account. For my confirmation i tried to call on club factory customer care no. [protected] this number is found totally fraud all detail asking by club factory customer care person for order he said me that your order was cancelled and your maney don't refund your account but the club factory customer care was found fraud person and debited 37500rs. Money from my account by cyber fraud system then please avoid use of this app for booking also cyber department also investigating on the same fraud against this type of club factory customer care fraud.

            I was shopping on the website. The site does not work properly so i was not able to return a few of my items. I was stuck with it because after a certain time the website denies returns. I was simply not able to return as the function was not working properly. Worst thing is that if you return they don't send you back the money, but it's in a "wallet" and there you simply cant get it out. You can transfer via bank and paytm. I had to split up the amount as there is a maximum amount and i tried it about 30 times!!! With different options. I can't get my money out. I tried multiple times after buying to contact support: via phone, via mail, via bot... It has not worked and i am stuck with money in the wallet and items i dont want!! Worst scam, worst website, dont buy from there!!!

                          I am complaints for club factory and his md mr. Nitin kumar sinh, he said me you have to win lucky draw from club factory and win taya safari car or 12, 50, 000 rs. I haven't except his offer than after he is sent voice msg and saying bad words. He said you have got msg from club factory (Depawali ke subh absar pe open luky draw dear customer (Congratulations) you are dmaka offer winner of club factory company you win-1st price (Tata safari) and price amount rs-12, 50000 registration service charges-rs-4200on 22/10//2019 - deposit for-details club factory (Contect) no. Club factoryhead branch helpline number no.[protected], [protected]. Thanks.)
                          I got call from this number [protected] and said that . I was taken lucky draw in that and got tata indica car for that in shopping in club factory and they said that they will give amount or car .. i want i money and they are forced me to pay 1 percentage of totally amount like 6900 and they send fake check and fake certificate

                                My name is sneha nikam, from mumbai, maharashtra.

                                I had ordered 2 sarees, 1 mangalsutra, 1 t-shirts from clubfactory on 8th oct. I didn't like them and have returned all to the clubfactory executive who had come to pick the products or 14 and 17 oct, but i have received refund only for the mangalsutra till date. Rest of the products i still have not received any proper response from clubfactory. The customer care lady named savita who called me in this matter says that it is the customers mistake wherein we have not sent the products correctly and is not able to help and now the number is unavailable, i have dropped multiple emails to them but they have not responded on the email yet, their live chat system is always busy. Hence all there contact options are useless.

                                Now i'm afraid i'll ever receive my money back

                                This is not the only issue i'm facing with clubfactory, to my bad luck i placed 1 more order for 2 sarees with order so[protected].in this order i have received only one package of the sarees and the second sarees is missing till date, in the app it shows delivered but i have not yet received the same. I tried to contact clubfactory on this issue but haven't received a concrete response from them yet.

                                Looking forward for your assistance in the above matters

                                I have still not received the refund of the below order number and clubfactory is still not resolving it rather is telling me to check not sure what should I check because I have returned the products and have the return slip as well. The seller is showing the product that I have refunded to some other seller and I have received the refund for the same from that particular seller.

                                Please help me on getting my refund as even after returning the products and Informing clubfactory 10 times they are asking me to return. From where do I return I find don't have the products. Rather I have provided the pictures for the return receipts as well. Please find the mail screen shot attached.

                                I ordered one Mi headset for Rs 219 yesterday.. While transaction through UPI google pay.. the money was debited.. but it showed error.. (payment failed technical error) No order is found on my orders.. iam using this for the first time.. really disappointed

                                  It has been a month i am waiting for my duplicate refund. They are going on raising one ticket after another and they are working for it for a month. I don't thik refund in a wallet takes eternity. If they originally have issued a refund it won't take more than 10 days to get back but it has been a month now. Will i even get back my refund or club factory has taken it. I am now scared to order anything from club factory. Ticket id is 547044

                                    I ordered a watch as a guest user from club factory, paid through paytm for my order and received below sms on my mobile num [protected].
                                    "[club factory] payment for your order no. So 57313904 on club factory app has been confirmed. You can check your order status in the app. Notice: we will never ask for privacy information like otp from our customers in any way"

                                    My order number is so 57313904 but i am not able to track this any more.

                                    I did not also receive any confirmation email on the email id i provided while placing my order. Please confirm by when would i be able to receive my order. Please assist me with this.

                                      I am booking 2 pair shoes first is maroon colour and second is black colour but when the product delivered only one pair shoes with maroon colour is found in packet...
                                      I am very disappointed with this, i have pay for 2 pair shoes but i delivered only 1 pair and when call customer care he said we have not do anything because your products is delivered.

                                      Now, i feel very uncomfortable of this therefore you are requested to resolved my issue, either delivered my rest of one pair shoes of black colour or refund my one pair amount.
