Club Factory — unable to return the product ordered as a guest login

I ordered for a jacket from Club factory which I checked while browsing in Facebook. I placed the order as a guest login and since not satisfied with the color and quality of the product, I m trying to return it. As advised by customer care of Club factory, I installed the app and tried to chat with support. But no one has responded even after waiting for whole day. There are only two days left to return the item and don't see any help from Club factory. Please let me know any option to return the product.
