Cnrl (Career Step Ltd) — Told me to give placement assistance

Hi am Rohit Kumar... CNRL(Career step ltd) they asked me to pay a good chunk of money for providing placement in some foreign companies otherwise they will refund my all money. From there what i got is a chain of Fraud placement consultancies told me to do some courses and in return they will provide me placement in some international firms. They took money in laks from me to do that courses but in the end the result is i am still in my home their is no placement assistance from them. And when i am asking for my money now they are paying me checks that are getting bounce again and again. I don't know what to do what not to do.
