Bad smell like Petrol/Diesel after drinking the same

I had been to Food Bazaar on Baner Road Pune on 1st March 2010 @ 5 PM. I purchased monthly grosselry. During the purchase also bought 2 400 ml bottles of Minute Maid Nimbu Fresh bottles of Coca Cola product. Details below.

Yesterday 27th February 2010, my friends and I went to 'Marina beach'. We ordered 'Fanta' from a roadside shop. We ordered five Rs.12 bottle for us. i purchased a bottle of 200 ml thumps up from a retailer and before opening the bottle i noticed something inside the bottle,when i saw carefully i came to know that there is a pouch of tobacco (Tulsi Zarda 00) inside it.Is it feasible for the company to do these kind of mistakes.i am planning to go to consumer court for the filing of case....
