Cocacola Company — expiry product replacement

I am running a restaurant and my 750 ml bottles got expired and i asked the concerned person several times that come check n do the proceedure for replacement but he simply says today i am on leave i will come after 3 days dn after 3 days, he says yeah i remeber i will come to u today or tomorrow
But his tomorrow never comes
What should i do
Getting this kind of resonse is not expected by coca cola which is such a big brand
I request you to kindly take strict action regarding thisy outlet name - dilli di hatti
