Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that we are not getting any pay slip and Provident Fund amount from COGENT E - SERVICES Private Limited which they are partnered with FLIPKART. The Company doesn't have any Government License and They are not even displaying Company name in Building.
The company is not providing any Pay slips and Provident Fund amount for all the Employees who are working in COGENT Payroll.
So when we escalated the issue to Flipkart. The Flipkart management has informed us that they dont have any rights to speak about this matter because you HRO.
When we ask about pay Slip & They will edit the Salary slip manually and they are providing Edited Pay slip for all the Employees which is not valid for to apply LOAN or CREDIT CARD.
I am requesting to check this issue with COGENT Eservices pvt. Ltd. and help us. So that it will be useful for all the employees who are working in the company.
