Hello all, I am Sourav Kosta café owner from West Bengal and I have applied for aadhaar card correction/updation services at Franchise Mitra (Cognet business services pvt. Ltd.) after seeing their ad in facebook. I would like to draw your kind attention that the company (Cognet business services pvt. Ltd.) has told me to do a payment of Rs. 15, 260 for said service after making and signing the agreement I have paid the total mentioned amount on 29th Jan 2022, as every small café owner wants that if they are able to provide the aadhaar service then the people of their local area will not have to worry after beliving that it is registered in MCA and the process is going legal and genuine but the company is totally a fraud they are charging small amount of money from larger number of people for the service and actually they are not providing any kind of service and they are not authorized and they are showing the pdf so called authorization letter by snipping the sign of Director General o[censored]IDAI when I am calling them they are not picking my call and suddenly new executives are calling me and asking money for blah blah portal and as I am going to explain story hey are saying wait and give me 30 mins I will reach out to you. This is a criminal offense including me most of the people from different states have been affected in their fraud trap and invested their money earned through hardwork.
This is an humble request to all of you do not get trapped in this as they are continuously doing this with other people. I also have all the call recordings and the conversation that has been happened between me and the executives of Franchise Mitra (Cognet business services pvt. Ltd.).
