I have my DOJ on 25th June, 2019 in Cognizant Technology Solutions India Pvt. Ltd, Plot No. GN 34/3, Sector V, Salt Lake Electronics Complex, Kolkata – 700091. I have been facing an issue while trying to submit the adhar self-declaration form in order to complete my on-boarding formalities. Although I have already applied for the adhar card yet I have not received my adhar number. So, whenever I check the option 'No' under "Do you have an adhar card?" drop-down menu and head towards submission I get a message to submit the adhar details. There is an option in the 1C portal to submit the form without adhar details with a self declaration part which isn't working. In addition to that. PAN declaration form is unavailable but I have my pan card in hand. I have tried contacting the company but in vain. And the onecognizant portal to which I have been provided access to doesn't open due to traffic. I am so helpless right now.Will the boarding pass generate without the submission?
Any kind of immediate help would be highly appreciated.
