Cognizant — About food card

Hi,
I am a cognizant employee and I have requested for the HDFC food card on 22 Nov from cognizant portal only. At that time the time to receive the card shown was 12 of December. But till now i have no response or any details regarding the food card. Please help me with this and inform till how much time it would take to get my food card. And Please provide with me a suitable customer care number regarding the food card issue.
