Cognizant — about receiving date of joining

Hi,
I got selected in the month of march'19 and i received the offer letter. But still i did not receive any date of joining intimation. Expecting the call letter fron cognizant. My friends have received the date of joining in the month of september itself. Whether i will receive the call letter this month or next month? Is there any possibilities? Please resolve this query.

I received mail from
[protected]@coginzant.com.your PANvalidation Updation is rejected.

Please upload the PAN number using below link.

when I open that link and I enter my user ID and password... I keep still getting error.

I have tried so many cognizant portal samething I will get. What can i do ? Please help me.
