No update about offer letter

Hi this is to inform you I have completed my Hr discussion on 21 of july but . i have not got offer letter till now more than 1 month.they are telling me the position is hold and waiting for approval . So why they take interviews If they can not provide offer letter or join the people....

It's been a month and didn't receive Offer Letter

It's been a month I have cleared all the technical and HR round as well. I have been promised to receive offer letter within 2 working days by them. I am still waiting for the offer letter. The HR is not picking up the phone anymore.
Please can some help me what could be done in this case....

Berribot not able to understand voice properly

I had got a call from Berribot for recruitment purpose yesterday. While I was telling about my skillset, Berribot was not able to understand my voice properly and Unfortunately, Berribot was able to recognize only 1 skillset, which will effect my selection process.
