Cognizant Technology Solutions Waiting for offer letter

Hi Team,

I am Kavya Madiraju. I was interviewed on 1st June 2021.

I got HR call on 11th June 2021 and discussed about my package and designation and HR confirmed that my offer letter would be released in 2 days and told to submit CIS form on the same day.

It's been more than a month now and I still didn't get my offer letter also no mails and no further communication.

Please anyone...

Relieving letters & payment not received

Address: Pune,Hinjewadi phase1

I had resigned from cognizant in the month of MAy 2021 and its more than 45 days i m keep asking for my relieving letters and salary but no body is responding. I am keep writing an email to the HR Mr Akash Gaikwad
(healthcare project) but complete Hr team and clearance team is not responding me, actually they are not bother about my request. I am tired up with there careless attitude.
Please help me i need my letters along...

Not Received offer letter from CTS

I have done with all round of interview and salary discussion also happened and they told BU need to approve for CTC then after one week I got call from HR on July 12th saying that u got approval for CTC we are in process with your offer letter and you will get offer letter in some time how many days I need to wait for the offer letter...

Date of Joining

My DOJ was on 16th July, 2021 in Pune but on DOJ no one contacted me from CTS. no HR is talking. I didn't get any HR mail to contact to only asked to summit my PAN, Adhaar Card, Passport Acknowledgement, Affidavit for Provisional Certificate, all give semesters marksheets from graduation on 10th July, 2021. Will anyone contact me about this or offer letter will be terminated...??...

After Cleared My Two Round Interview - Not receive any call from HR

I had two round of Interview ( June 23th and June 25th, 2021 ) and then HR congratulated me and asked me to fill candidate information sheet & few documents to shared on 30th June and still now not receive any call from HR discussion.
Till now no call, no mail nothing. its been 10 days and no mail's came, i tried to call her and sent mail but no reply.
Please help me to solve my issue....

Not received offer letter from Cognizant HR Team

i got call from (9th July) HR discussed about the job designation, few personal details, salary and she promised me to get the offer letter within 2 days.

I didn't get my Background verification mail and Onboard mail

I got mail on 19 june, is "you have cleared your interview round and shortlisted for further process. After that i didn't get any mail regarding background check and onboard or intimation letter. Please help....

I didn't get my Onboarding mail for offer letter

On 19 june 2021, I got a letter is you have cleared your interview and shortlisted for further process and they mentioned some documents list. But after that i didn't get anything. Even I dont know my candidates Id 😑

Hiyamee pvt ltd

Cognizant is associating vendors, which are not paying salaries, due to pandemic, they are firing employees without any reason.

One of the consultancy is Himayee pvt ltd, it has staff which doesn't have any ethics, CTS has to look into their vendors....

Regarding offer letter not received

Hi Team,

I am Harish Agarwal. I was interviewed on 3rd Jul 2021. I got HR call on 6th Jul 2021 discussed on my package and designation and I received HR verification mail to upload documents on the same day 6th Jul 2021. It's been a week I didn't get offer letter and no mails no communication. Please anyone let me know when will I receive offer letter.

Not received any information about the offer letter

Hi Team,

I had given my cognizant interview both technical and HR round on 26th June 2021.

I was informed by HR that I would get my offer letter within 3-4 working days.

But till today it's around 10 working days still I got no further updates or communication for the offer letter.

Request you to please provide any updates on the same ASAP....

Hai my name is Karthik B and I got offered from cognizant accidentally I lost my mail id so I'm facing huge problem to get onboarded

I have access to one cognizant portal but I'm from off campus so they didn't provide any dedicated HR so I'm not getting help to get onboarded even After 12 different date of joining

Im getting onboarding pass everything but I'm not getting the webex meeting link to get onboarded...

Paid my dues but still did not receive my relieving letter

Hi, I have paid my pending dues of Rs 40, 052 on June 25Th to cognizant to get my relieving letter. They said they will release in 4-5 days after dues payment but till now( 13 days) I have not received any letter inspite of regular follow ups through emails and also calls to exit help desk.
I am clueless what to do as I am loosing days and my current offer is on hold due to this letter....
