Cognizant — bgv status

How can i understand my bgv status in cognizant? Will i get a separate mail for status being positive? Or only those who are in suspect list get mail?

Bgv good to go? Or bgv no go please reach out to your recruiter?

Do the first one mean, bgv is complete?

Cognizant do my bgv before joining or after joining? I am not referring to projects special bgv. I am referring to cognizant bgv.
