Cognizant — chennai to 12 may 19 offer not released

I had interview with cognizant tco at thoraipakkam and cleared 2 technical round and a hr round. Also filled up the candidate information sheet on the same day. Hr said that i can expect offer letter in 10 working days. I was waiting for my offer for all these days and i didn't get anything. And haven't heard anything back from them. Kindly update the selected candidates on the progress.

I too attend on the may 12th at tco thuraipakkam, i got photo upload link and interview status select mail on may 22nd.
But then no update from hr.

I got mail from cognizant tag, and that don't have any particular email id.
