Cognizant — cognizant did not send offer letter

Hello,

I have attended the interview on 10th january 2019 for cassandra developer role at hyderabad location.

I have uploaded my photo on 23rd january 2019 in which the link shared by cognizant team. And also i have once again got the same link on 1st february, and hr told me to ignore the 2nd mail.

It's been 40+ days still i didn't get my offer letter, could you please help me with this.
I have many of my friends has same complaints.

My poc is nihar. [protected]@cognizant.com.

I have mailed him multiple times but i didn't get any reply from him.
