Cognizant — cognizant - offer letter not received for interview on 30th june 2019 at mallareddy institutions hyderabad.

Hi,

I have attended an interview for programmer analyst trainee at mallareddy institutions hyderabad on 30th june 2019 and cleared all the rounds. I got their mail on 2nd july 2019 of being selected in interview process and i was told that after my background verification is in process and i will be given offer letter within 3-4 weeks.
But it's been more than 4 weeks and i haven't heard any word from them.
I have sent many mails to inquire about hiring decision at different mail at cognizant but got no response from their side.
I am really in dilemma that whether i will get the offer letter or not.
Please do suggest me some ways so that i can reach to them and get to know about my offer letter status.
