Cognizant — cognizant offer letter not released - oct, 2018

I attended an interview at cts pune on 06-oct-2018 pune location for informatica and cleared all the rounds. At the end hr informed me that i will receive my offer letter within week but i haven't received yet.

Meanwhile i received an email from cts talent acquisition to upload my photo in one of their portal. And also on email stating that your profile is under review. After that, i haven't received any updates.

Before few day ago i have sent mail to poc which was given to me but he has not responded to the mail.

Now its been above one and half month and i have mailed to cts concern person but did't got any reply.

Kindly help me.
