Cognizant — Cognizant - Pre Joining formalities login issue

I am Lenin Speel Perk M from SNS College of Technology got selected in CTS through genC program for the position of Programmer Analyst Trainee / Programmer Analyst, I got the e- mail regarding pre joining formalities. Since Microsoft account linked with my email id ([protected]@gmail.com) is blocked and not able to recover, I am not able to proceed with the registration process. Can you please help me with replacing my current email id ([protected]@gmail.com) by my new email id ([protected]@gmail.com).
