Cognizant — cognizant technology solutions bangalore offer letter not released

Hi,

I attended an interview at cts manyata tech park bangalore on 17th feb 2018 and cleared all the rounds. On 22nd feb-18, i got a mail from cts talent acquisition that i am selected. At the end i got a call from hr, who informed me that fill all the details of the form and then we will get back to you. Meanwhile i received an email from cts talent acquisition to upload my photo in one of their portal. After that, i haven't received any updates. I am not sure whether my candidature has been taken forward or not.
