Cognizant — Complaint about delay of date of joining

Candidate id 17787522, the candidate got selected on August 21, 2021 in cognizant company and received offer letter on August 30, 2021. But dint receive any call letter any information about joining date and location till now, as it is getting delay due to the new changes. We request you to slove this issue as early as possible. As it is getting too late in sending details for my joining date and location.
