Cognizant — cts offer letter not yet received

I attended cts selenium testing interview at cts chennai on aug 25th 2018. I got selected and i was informed that i will be receiving the offer within two weeks but i received only the select status mail from cts tag on sep7th 2018. Its been nearly two months that i am waiting for the offer letter. I have sent mail to p. Lavanyaa hr my point of contact for more than four times but there was no reply. Kindly reply when can i receive the offer letter.
