Cognizant — delay in getting doj

Please help me out

I have attended an off campus interview in dec 15 in 2018 in kolkata and got my offer letter on dec 20 in 2018 but it has been 6 months I have not receive my DOJ. On feb 3rd they sent me A mail telling it will take 4-6 months but i have waited so much and there is no news of any sort of joining in fact there is no poc also. It just playing with our career after telling also not giving joining date after 6 months also
