Cognizant — Delay in Offer Letter Post HR Discussion

Hi,

I have been interviewed on 27th Oct 2021. I got the email from HR to submit the documents and HR discussion was done on the same day 10th Nov'2021 and informed that the offer letter will be released in a week.

Till now there is no update and no response to my emails as well.

Would like to know how long they take to release the offer letter.

Yes, I tried calling them, but they are not responding
I have been following up, but still no response from cognizant.

Please look into the matter and release the Offer letter as soon as possible.

HI Team,

Even after following continuously with the HR's, I am not getting any response from them. Would like to know the reason behind not releasing the offer still.
