Cognizant — Delaying DOJ and One Cognizant portal not working

My DOJ was 15/Nov/21 and due to doc verification it delayed and postponed to 22/Nov/21. Now all of sudden onboarding portal down from last one day. HR is not responding and proving update. If its going to take time why HR is not sending updated offer letter? I think it will again get postponed. Is any one facing portal login issue where is says your email is not with love.com not found in tanent Cognizant? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (2)

Hi Aakansha,

I was suppose to receive my offer letter on Thursday but didn't received it yet. My recruiter said there is some issue with portal and backend team is working to resolve it. So portal issue is real.

Can you please check and help me know if portal is working now so that I can connect with my recruiter again?
