Cognizant — did not receive offer letter

My name is debidarsini sahoo. I ahve attended the interview on 18th jan2020 in bhubaneswar for sql server developer role. I have been told that i got selected obver there and filled the candidate information details. After taht i got a mail regarding live interview and a career link for photo upload. Its been 28 days i have not receieved any offer letter. I have drooped mail many times but no response from your end.

Kindly let me know the exact status.
