Cognizant — did not received the offer letter

I got an interview invite email for cognos bi technology from hr miruthula. [protected]@cognizant.com. I attended the interview at cts pune (Senapati bapat) road on 28th october 2017 for cognos bi technology and cleared all rounds, at the end hr told me that i will receive my offer letter in 2-3 week but i haven't received yet. Later on 13th dec 2017 i got a call from cts saying will receive the offer letter within a week but have not received yet. Trying to call hr and dropping mail too, but not getting any respond. I was working with Cognizant from Oct 2013 to Oct 2016 - 3 years and I have send so many emails to update my date of Exit on EPFO online portal to transfer amount from my old pf account to new PF account. But still they are did not updated my date of exit on epfo site.

Request you to update exit date as soon as possible.
