Cognizant — Didn't receive offer letter from cts

I have attended virtual interview on cognizant on Jan 13th after that had HR discussion on jan 21st still now I didn't receive offer letter. HR said offer letter will be given within 1 week till then I have not heard from then and no responses from them

I am also Experienced. I did my HR discussion on 13-01-2022 still i am waiting for offer letter.
I have again received call from another cts hr for job for the same role and they got my details don't know what's happening.
Have they didnt know whether the profile got selected?
