Cognizant — don't get link to take off campus drive exam

I have applied for cognizant off campus drive7 but i didn't get the link to take the exam.. Many of my friends got the mail.. So please tell me when can i expect the link to take exam. Many of friends from other colleges have already taken the exam.. Cognizant is my dream company, so please reply me when can i expect the mail with an exam link

After accepting my offer and giving my location preference in cts onboarding portal I can't submit my details is showing page Unresponsive error and asking me to wait or exit.
I have tried it many times still the same thing is happening.
