Cognizant — Facing issue in accepting date of joining

Address: Pune , Chennai

There is an issue on 1c onboarding portal so I was unable to login in 1c portal, I was trying to login in 1c portal from 27th of October because my date of joining 30 th of October, so that's why I didn't accept my date of joining status .
What should I do? Sir
Please provide me some necessary procedure regarding this issue.
