Cognizant — fake interviews

I have attended interview with cognizant i'n kandanchvadi, chennai. November 2017 and march 2018 i have attended and cleared the technical rounds.. All the time they given form to fill the all details.. But no offer received yet. My friends also facing the problem.. I called them and checked the status.. They said hr round not cleared. Is they conduting only for shake of their market rates.. Hate to attend the interview again with cognizant.
