Cognizant — Food card activation

I have hdfc food card since from 30 days but still it is not working when i'm trying to swipe it it is declined.
Could you guys please help me out of this and how can i activate my food card.

And even i'm unable to connect to the cognizant food card customer care number. And i don't know how to activate this it is more than 30 days i've taken the card still it is not working.

I am Phani Kumar from Cognizant, hyderabad had coorporate food card with [protected]. And mentioned food card period has been expired few months back, kindly provide a new card to my coorporate office address.

I m getting 5 to 6 calls daily from the bajaj gahane team ... Such a irritating thing ...

Please stop this non sence ...I hv already thali to the people and asked them to stop but still it is going on ... My number is[protected]
