Cognizant — food card not delivered

Dear sir,
As i was applied for the new food plus card in hdfc bank. Still the card is not yet received. Also, i was tried to reach the hdfc customer care, but no response still further. Meanwhile i got location transfer from chennai to coimbatore cts sez campus. Kindly i want you to mail my new food card to my new official address in coimbatore location.

Please dont attend cts . they wont accept 3 months notice. i cleared all rhe rounds and filled the form after that one lady is coming to me and saying that they need to get approval from client. if they are not ready for 3 months notice period means why they are calling for an interview.
