Cognizant — Got regret mail

Hiii,
I got a mail regarding interview in nov 17 but that day I'm waiting more than 3hrs but i didn't get any response and then I suddenly got a mail from superset your interview was completed.I already mailed about this issue so many times but i didn't get response.

Today I got a regret mail 28th jan. How can rejected me i'm not given any interview after qualified in assessment. How is it possible???

I already posted here about this issue, but no one responded to my complaints and mails.
