Cognizant — got the email from tag team as status 'select' but no offer letter or anything else yet

Hello, I have attended interview in cts hyderabad on 7th december, 2019. Cleared technical and hr round on the same day and i was told that i will be getting the offer letter within a week, but after that i got one email in a week with status as 'select' from tag team and then no updates whatsoever.. Like no email or anything yet, it's been 21 days since, i don't have any way to contact my poc or hr, how long will it take and should i wait or try something else? Thank you.
