Cognizant — haven't received any offer letter

I am gajji sivakumar. I had attended Cognizant Recruitment drive on 9th Dec 2017 at Cognizant Technology Solutions, ICC Tech Towers, ,
Senapati Bapat Road, Pune . I cleared Both Technical and HR round. My interview went well. I had also received Good Compliments from HR. HR told me that i will get my offer letter by next week, but till now i have not received any mail from them.

Hi,
I was shortlisted by Cognizant on 10th November 2017, for the CIS (Cognizant Infrastructure Service) operation. It is almost been three months and I did not get any joining letter from it. Could anyone please help me out in this circumstance.

Have anyone of you received the offer letter?
I was select on 6th January 2018, at Cognizant Technology Solutions, ICC Tech Towers, ,
Senapati Bapat Road, Pune, but haven't received the offer letter yet. The concerned HRs are also not replying to the emails.

Please let me know if anyone of you able to connect with HR?
