Cognizant — HR is not responding from long time

HR is not responding to my request from the last 3-4 emails. Where I have mentioned that, I want to discuss the queries I have. Even I took the followup but still no response

FYI,

I received an "Offer Letter" email from "Kamalakannan" HR and to him only I requested around 2-3 times that please call me to discuss something. After 2-3 emails, "Kamalakannan" HR sent me email with just two words (i.e. Looping Rashmika).

So I sent email to both HR (i.e. Kamalakannan & Rashmika) but I haven't received any single positive response from them.

Very much upset because of such behavior of HR 😞😞
