Cognizant — HR is not responding regarding HR round

I am Mamoni Mahapatra. I have given an interview for Functional Testing Engineer for Cognizant, Banglore on 18/00/2021. After 3days on 21/09/2021 I got a mail from HR that I have cleared technical round so I need to submit all my documents ( payslip, previous organization offer letter, increment letter)for document verification & for HR round which I submitted successfully on that day only, but still I didn't received any mail or call from them. I tried to reach them via mail even after that they don't respond. Why they conduct interviews if they don't want to hire employees.

yes, same thing happened to me and i was attend interview on sep 1 and send documents on 9th sep, they are not responding even in call also, kindly let me know if you sort out this issue .pls

Better to try somewhere else, don't depend on them, else you will miss some other opportunities.

i have tried from different numbers to HR then only she responds to me. then the next day she asks me to send all the documents again. last week HR discussion happened After that no response again.
