Cognizant — HR Miscommunication

Hello Team,
Please be informed that HR ( Ritu ) called for interview of WFM post, after a small round of interview she asked me to go for Excel test. And she suppose to sent me an email for location where I should go for same.
Till today she didn't send email nor called me.
I called to consultancy team about that and request for call back.
Now she called me said requirement has been completed.
How it's come?
Please do the needful.
