Cognizant — I am complaining about my watch and powerbank

The watch is not orginal, so i want to return it, the power bank is so not good tosee and use, i think it may so dublicate, so please replace my money soon, i want to buy so many things with that money, so please request my complain, and refund my money, the powerbank is not orginal, u shown an mi power bank but arrivef was samsung, it shows that the both the things are dublicate, so plz refund my amount plz
