Cognizant — I complaint about my offer letter

Hi sir my name is janakiram appana, iam shortlisted for cognizant genC developer exam on 13th nov 2021, later i attended tr round on 17th nov 2021, and 20th nov 2021 i attended hr round, after the hr round i didn't receive any offer letter .
