I received update today from HR ( who was not responding till date) that My offer letter was rejected due to Collabera (my previous employment).
Although i didn't get any notification about the rejection. In fact, i got the call that my BGV was successfully completed.
Now, they are generating new offer and they will send it by EOD today.
I will update here once i get it.
Also, You can call Cognizant customer care number - 18002086999 if nothing works.
This will guide you whom to drop email.

I am facing the same as my joining date is 3rd Nov 2021 but i am not able to login to 1 cognizant portal and also not able to contact any of HR.
My last date in my current company is 30th oct.
Please help me in providing details to solve this issue
