Cognizant — I need to upload picture

In 2020 i got selected for cognizant but accidentally my profile picture got wrongly uploaded i.e signature pic and BGV got rejected and now in 2022 March again got selected and I uploaded my correct picture in Candidate information sheet but still the previous picture only reflecting. I tried to contact but I didn't got any response and my DOJ is on 4th April. I afraid that it again might get rejected. So I need to reupload, how can it be done?
