I was asked to attend a f2f interview on 28-april-2018 (Weekend drive). I went for it and sat there for 2+ hours. After waiting for long time, i was called inside and gave me a telephone to speak with the technical interview panel.
He said hello..., i dont have your resume with me, so please tell me something about yourself. I was surprised on hearing that. And i gave my intro. He then asked me if i have experience on administration, i said no, as i am pure developer, i have good knowledge on administration part. He said okay and he then asked my experience as i told it is 3.5 years.
After these two questions, he asked me to leave and wait for feedback, after 10 minutes, hr came to me and asked me to leave as i didn't cleared technical round.
I am shocked and surprised how can he judge with one question.
I want to advice you not to waste peoples time and efforts they put to travel and attend by simply asking them irrelevant things.
