I completed interview with cts on 28th apr 2018 and result told as selected offer will get with in 3weeks (1st, 2nd technical and hr rounds completed on 1 day fully). But post one week got mail upload photo then got profile under review{if not getting next process with in 30 days pls drop mail with below format to [protected]@congnizant.com}. There is no other responses from interview scheduler and point of contact person mentioned in interview call letter.
So i sent mail to [protected]@congnizant.com they also not responded.
What can be do next?
Most of them, who attended cognizant interviews telling they only conducting interviews whole day but not releasing offer even who attended interview on jan 2018 telling.

I have received a offer letter from Cognizant one month back in a off campus placement interview. Got offer letter on April 30. till now i haven't received any Joining letter. this is worrying me.
Could you tell me the possibilities of getting delayed in Joining Letter
