Hello, i got an email that my candidature is rejected. Without an interview how an interviewer can reject me. Is that make any sense. During the interview his voice is not audible at all. So i said straight away that voice is not audible. He called from other number and still the same. Before all these happened i talked to hr or someone voice is very clear. But during the interview it is very low. Is saying like that is not correct from my side? Mistake is on your interviewer side but finally i'm the who is effected without having the chance to grab your company's offer. What is that mindset.. He said he will call me back. I waited for around 2-3 hrs. Even in the evening i'm waiting for the call. I sent many emails to the point of contact but received nothing from them. It's completely dependent on their mindset. That is a minimum thinking to be done from their side. If he is not audible what i should do. Due to such kind of mindless people i lost the opportunity. First take action on such people. Find such people.. Take feedback from interviewees then enquire and take certain actions on such persons. Finally cognizant also losing valuable associates.
