Respected sir, yesterday I appeared for an interview (telephonic) in Cognizant for Incident Management position for Pune location. I was interviewed by somebody named as Irfan.
I did my level best for the interview and I got a negative feedback. His contact number is [protected]. He is reporting to Deepshikha Ghosh who works as a delivery manager in Cognizant Pune.
I have earlier worked in incident management and I was able to explain him everything. What I have sensed from the interview that it was more of an ego issue. Such interviewers are playing with the future of the candidates and should be punished severely.

What I understood, this company is simply conducting interviews, they don't have any requirement, just engaging their employees...
Even earlies cleared so many rounds of F2F interviews but no offer.
Please don't waste time entertaining such Company.
