I requested IPIN and web PIN for HDFC FoodPlus card 1 week ago. This is my complain ID:mump[protected].
I contacted customer care to know the status of my complaint, but there was no info in their system except this complaint number, as told by customer care assisstant. Its very bad that the requested is not even processed at all after seven long days!! I was asked to raise another complaint for PIN request again, now I have to wait for another week. This is third time I'm requesting for Food Card PIN, but still I could not get my PIN. Kindly help me to proceed with this, After having waited for 1 full month, I don't want to wait another week and I need my PIN badly.
